This rich ham and broccoli quiche is featured in a family cookbook I put together. My husband is proof that quiche can satisfy even a very healthy appetite. —Marilyn Day, North Fort Myers, Florida.
This was the first quiche I have ever made. My Father-In-Law made a quiche on Christmas morning last year and it was delicious. The crisp buttery crust mixed with the creamy eggs and cheesy filling was fabulous. This version is loaded with ham, broccoli and lots of cheese. To finish it off, it’s sprinkled with smoked paprika.
I created this recipe about 15 years ago and it is requested often at gatherings. Real men do eat this Quiche, and practically lick the plate clean!
