I’ve been making this recipe for 2+ decades and change it up all the time…so easy to do. The one change that remains constant is…the first time I made it, I had no half and half so I used evaporated milk. The second time I made it, I used the half and half. NOO. The evaporated milk is certainly the best. Another change.
