Eating healthy foods is a must. Grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, lean meat or white, milk, juice and soup we provide all the nutrients you need in the form of minerals, vitamins, calcium, iron, folic acid, potassium, protein, carbohydrates, fatty acids omega-3 fats and phytonutrients. Bran, breads and fruits like oranges contain fiber that lower “bad” cholesterol and prevent constipation, prevent heart disease potassium, vitamin D and calcium counteract osteoporosis, while phytonutrients prevent DNA changes, delay aging and prevent cancer.
